We ship our products throughout New Zealand, with free NZ-wide delivery on every bookshelf order.
Free shipping throughout New Zealand
There are no extra shipping charges added at checkout for our bookshelf range.
Your order is carefully packed in our Christchurch workshop before being collected by our freight partner for delivery.
How long does delivery take?
The delivery times below apply once your order has been made, packed and dispatched. They do not include order fulfilment time.
Delivery is typically:
- South Island
- Overnight
- North Island
- 2–3 business days
- Rural addresses
- Allow additional time depending on location
You’ll receive tracking information by email once your order has been dispatched.
Do you deliver to rural addresses?
Yes. We ship to rural addresses throughout New Zealand.
Rural deliveries generally take a little longer than the standard delivery times above. Depending on your location and the freight network available, your order may also be transferred to a local rural delivery provider for the final part of its journey.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.
If you don’t see the email, please check your spam or junk folder.
What if my order arrives damaged?
We take care when packing every order, but if your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.
Send us photos of the packaging and the damaged area of the product and we’ll work with you to get it sorted.
Do you ship internationally?
At this stage, we ship within New Zealand only.
