Products
Where are your products made?
We’re proud to design and build all of our products right here in Canterbury, New Zealand. We source local NZ timber and work with NZ-based suppliers and businesses to support the local economy — quality craftsmanship with a strong community focus.
What maintenance do my outdoor play products require?
All of our outdoor items — including mud kitchens, sandpits, and picnic tables — are made using H3.2 treated timber, designed to withstand New Zealand’s variable weather. Over time, the timber will naturally silver or grey due to sun exposure. This change is purely cosmetic; the timber remains structurally protected.
What can I use on my products to keep them looking great?
To maintain the fresh, natural look of your outdoor wooden products, we recommend applying paint, stain, or timber oil. A product like British Paints Natural Oil Timber Protect (available at Bunnings Warehouse) enhances both appearance and durability. You can apply this at any time to help your products stay looking their best.

Can you ship your products?

Warranty and Returns
Do you have a warranty?
We stand by everything we make. All products have a 12-month limited warranty. You can view our warranty terms here. If you ever have any questions or concerns about your product, send us an email; we are always here to help you!
Returns
We strive to ensure every customer has all the details and as much information about the product before purchasing. We do not accept returns for change of mind; however, any defect is covered under our warranty, which can be viewed here.

- Regularly wipe down the chrome taps with a soft, damp cloth to prevent water spots and maintain their shine.
- When not in use, we recommend storing the bowls indoors or turning them upside down to prevent water accumulation and debris buildup.
